To achieve the right balance, we agree a formula for your fee that reflects the success of the service we provide. This provides assurance that our services will be both time and cost effective.

Sale-based fee
When the perfect property is found for you, our fee is added to the property price. We will assist you in agreeing the best price for your property and any sale incentives are offset against our fee in your favour.

Search-based fee
If your search period expires before we find the right property, you pay a pre-agreed fee for our search services. If you choose to extend the contract to a successful conclusion, this fee can then be deducted from the final Sale-based fee.
